Javi at one month

February 4, 2008

Javi turned a month old two days ago. It’s a cliché, but he’s growing fast. He barely fits into his 0-3 month clothes & he’s slowly gaining new skills (he smiles). He also has a belly button now.

Belly button! Abuelitos (my parents) visiting Javi & Watson

We’ve also decided he’s now old enough to be safe around the cats. Mostly, they leave him alone. But Watson seems to have become his new special friend. He can’t replace “la Fan,” of course. That’s the living room ceiling fan that Javi can’t seem to get enough of.

Also, my parents are visiting from Bolivia. So he’s getting to meet his abuelitos. They’ll be here two weeks, before they head back to Santa Cruz. I’m taking advantage to catch up on a lot of work (and perhaps even some sleep!).
